As SXSW 2026 approaches, one of the festival’s most anticipated music events is officially locked in. Rolling Stone’s Future of Music Showcase returns to ACL Live at the Moody Theater from March 12–14, once again offering fans, music lovers, and industry insiders a front-row look at the artists shaping the what’s next sound of music. The three night concert series will be headlined by Lola Young, Fuerza Regida, and Texas native BigXThaPlug.

Rolling With The Talent
Lola Young opens the showcase on Thursday, March 12, bringing her emotionally raw songwriting and powerhouse vocals to Austin. The U.K. artist has built serious momentum through viral moments and critically praised releases, positioning her as one of pop’s most compelling new voices.
On Friday, March 13, Fuerza Regida takes the stage, continuing their run as one of the most influential groups redefining música mexicana. Blending corridos with hip-hop influences and modern storytelling, the collective has become a cultural force with an especially electrifying live presence.
The weekend will close on Saturday, March 14, with Texas native BigXThaPlug, whose booming delivery and unapologetic Southern sound have made him one of hip-hop’s fastest-rising stars. Performing in his home state of Texas, the rapper’s SXSW set is expected to be a hot commodity for local music lovers. The rest of the lineup will be released at a later date, once it’s fully crafted and confirmed.
Ticketing Information
For the first time, Rolling Stone’s Future of Music Showcase will be ticketed. Fans can purchase single-day tickets or three-day passes through the official SXSW website. While SXSW Platinum and Music Badge holders will receive priority access. Capacity is limited, and tickets are expected to move quickly.
