Spannabis Champions Cup: March 11
Cannabis Magazine, a prominent cannabis taste-maker for its region, organizes the Spannabis Champions Cup. The judgement criteria focuses on lab results to determine the percentage of cannabinoids in harvested material. Seed companies, grow shops, and cannabis associations register to participate and compete for the awards. The titles include best breeders, growers, and extractors.
Additionally, the Spannabis Champions Cup donates all the profits to different projects based on the use of medicinal cannabis. This includes donations to organizations such as the ICEERS Foundation and the Spanish Observatory of Medicinal Cannabis (OECM).
After 16 editions of the award ceremony, Spannabis is also now a part of the largest cannabis fair in Europe. Events in previous years have had cash prizes and, certainly, the next edition will be full of surprises. The awards ceremony will take place at 8:00 PM at Auditori de Cornellà in Barcelona. Who do you think will claim the titles?
World Cannabis Conferences: March 11-12
The eighth edition of the World Cannabis Conferences will also be held by Spannabis. The World Cannabis Conferences have become a benchmark event, thanks to the growing cannabis industry. Through forums and conferences, the event explores different dimensions of this controversial plant. In other words, top international thought leaders and innovators will share the latest research, genetics, and developments in the sector.
Certainly, this year’s conferences will feature scientific, medical, political personalities, and relevant agents of the cannabis sector. Speakers will discuss topics such as medical uses of hemp, regulations in Spain, the latest news from the cannabis industry in the US and South America, cannabis culture, and more exciting topics.
