There’s no doubt that TikTok has been the most influential platform when it comes to the music industry. In fact, in TikTok’s “Year In Music” report they claim that over 70 artists from the platform secured major record deals in 2020. That being said, it really only made sense for them to take it to the place that once led the way for music discovery- the radio. As of today, TikTok Radio is now available on SiriusXM on channel 4.
TikTok Radio will be hosted by top creators
The satellite radio station features the “trending sounds that are redefining pop culture” from the popular video sharing app. SXM channel 4 is presented by those directly emerged in TikTok culture. This includes creators, curators, artists, and DJs. Some of the hosts also include HINDZ (@hidzsight), Cat Haley (@itscathaley), and Lamar Dawson (@dirrtykingofpop).

To celebrate the launch of such a revolutionary partnership, TikTok Radio will host a week of some of its most followed creators and artists on the platform. Jack Harlow, Ed Sheeran, Lil Nas X, and Ashnikko are just a few of the big name artists apart of this week’s “Creator Invasion.” Many TikTok stars turned successful artists will be featured as well. This includes Dixie D’Amelio, JXDN, Spencer X, and more.

Now SiriusXM subscribers will have a new road to discover the latest trends in music and get a first listen to tomorrow’s musical superstars. The channel captures the song-breaking music culture that creates so much joy and entertainment on TikTok through video in an all-audio format.
