Zeds Dead & Delta Heavy Drop Fire New Track “Lift You Up”

Zeds Dead and Delta Heavy deliver in a big way with their latest release “Lift You Up.” Both electronic duos are known for their high-energy bangers, and this track certainly lives up to that expectation.

“Lift You Up” is a massive drum and bass anthem with a mild flavor of early 2000s style mixed in. The beginning of the track carries a classic drum and bass sound at a high BPM. It continues with this general sound until the drop around the two minute mark. This part of the track sounds more typical to a Zeds Dead track due to the dubstep influence that kicks in here. After that, the track continues back into a more typical drum and bass drop, never losing its massive energy the whole way through.

“Lift You Up” is over four minutes long, but it doesn’t feel long at all. The structure of the song is dynamic enough that it doesn’t drag. That fluidity, coupled with an upbeat melody and some beautiful, classic drum and bass sound, makes this track a winner in terms of creativity.

Zeds Dead aren’t known for their drum and bass, but “Lift You Up” proves they can stretch outside their boundaries. The track sounds to have more influence from Delta Heavy than Zeds Dead, but this track proves the collab was a match made in heaven.
