Adact Medical is a lab providing comprehensive testing services for cannabis products. They conducted a study comparing the efficacy of quartz coils compared to ceramic coils. “This study has demonstrated the hypothesis that Quartz Coils outperform Ceramic coils in terms of overheating and
silicate production is likely to be correct and that exposure to HPHCs is generally lower with a quartz coil than a ceramic one,” Adact Medical concluded in their study.
