This HVPPY HOUR flip of Skrillex’s “Levels” remix is fun and surprisingly thrashy. It’s worth the listen, even just to see how it differs from Skrillex’s version. Or, if you want to go even deeper than that, the original by Avicii.
I’ve heard the other versions of this song a thousand times, so it’s refreshing to hear this version from HVPPY HOUR, which gives it that little trap kick it needs to appeal to my less poppy tastes. HVPPY HOUR’s style of high synths and high energy sound is not for everyone. Still, if you don’t prefer this flip, I’d suggest trying some of his other tracks, like Solo or Time Away.

Not too long ago, Isaiah and I covered Herobust’s original Blockbuster on a previous episode of Trap Tuesday. Now, with the release of this new VIP (Variation In Production), we are having a hard time deciding which one is better, the original or the VIP.
I personally like the original, while Isaiah prefers this version. I’ll let you decide for yourself which one is better. All I know is that not many headbangers or trap fans can resist the tempting beats and ill rhythms of Herobae. Take a listen and let me know what you think.
