This is the second time TOPE linked with the California rappers, this time they each give their perspective on the meaning of having faith. TOPE has etched out a dope position in Northwest hip-hop. The Portland bred producer-emcee moved to the Bay Area a few years ago and his stock has gone up steadily since. He runs PR campaigns, lands production placements, and drops bigger records every time it gets to his releases.
