The Weeknd is opening The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare haunted house experience during Universal Studio’s Halloween Horror of Nights. His new haunted house is themed after his 2020 hit album titled After Hours. Fans will soon be able to have a guided experience that will feature themes and characters from the world of the album. His music has always had a creative yet dark aesthetic, which perfectly fits with a holiday that so many people enjoy. His haunted house is expected to open Sept. 2nd in Orlando and Sept. 8th in Hollywood.

Fans are already undoubtedly excited about this new piece of news. However, it’s safe to say that nobody could be more enthused than The Weeknd himself. In a recent statement to EW, he shared “I feel like my music videos have served as a launching pad for a collaboration like this, and I cannot wait for people to experience this madness!.” He also commented saying that having his own haunted house is “a total dream come to life.”
He’s created an environment from his album After Hours that exists in a world of its own. Alongside the trailer for his new haunted house, fans got to see his Super Bowl LV performance back in 2021. It shares similar songs and themes as his new experience.
