Nestled among Cinder’s vast selection of cannabis companies is Treehawk Farms. Located on the Olympic Peninsula, an old dairy farm has been converted to grow cannabis. Their approach to producing high-quality flower has led them to be one of the top producers in Washington state. While not all stores carry Treehawk, those that do are able to deliver a consistently high-quality product to their customer base. One of my favorites from TreeHawk is their Island Poison strain.
Island Poison is a tropical sativa-hybrid. Perfect for soaking up summer sun on the beach, or in your backyard wishing it was a beach. The tropical aroma produced by the flower immediately sends your senses to a beach somewhere. Island Poison was made for Mai Thai’s and blunts. A trio of genetics makes up this strain, Durban Poison, Afghan, and Trainwreck. All three are very cerebral and perfect summer highs.
An energizing and invigorating high, perfect for grooving to music while sipping cocktails with your feet in the sand. Island poison is the first strain I’d want to smoke on a tropical island. The combination of flavors and effects from the terpenes makes for the perfect beach day strain. Since a tropical vacation isn’t in my future right now, a trip to Cinder in Spokane to pick up this and other Treehawk Farms products is in order.
