Cookies, arguably the most popular cannabis brand and also one of the largest in the world, announces plans to expand to Australia. The premium brand is partnering with Releaf Group, an Australian cannabis franchise group, to bring their famous cultivars across the globe. This marks the fifth country where legal Cookies cannabis is available.
Cookies Cannabis in Australia
Through this partnership, Cookies’ renowned strains will be available at Releaf dispensaries throughout Australia. Releaf currently has three operating medical dispensaries, including two in Victoria and one in Queensland. They also have three more on the way and plans to expand nationally.
Some of Cookies’ popular strains that you may find in AU include Gelatti, Cereal Milk, Georgia Pie, Londoncello, and what the company’s most known for, Girl Scout Cookies. These products may only be dispensed with a prescription, though, and are not available recreationally.
“Releaf Group will launch dedicated Cookies lifestyle dispensaries and Cookies Corners inside all Releaf Dispensaries across Australia, creating new employment and supporting local cultivation and manufacturing.”

Further, Mackenzie states, “Partnering with Cookies allows Releaf Group to have a greater impact on the Australian cannabis economy, we are honoured to be working alongside a global leader in the cannabis space.”
Berner also shares his excitement, stating, “I know Australia has been embracing cannabis for a long time, and with multiple flagship stores with a broad rollout throughout the country, I think the people in Australia will get that genuine experience and quality it deserves. With that being said, I’m getting myself ready for that long flight.”
Cookies Continues to Solidify Their Place at the Top With Many New Ventures
Berner doesn’t seem to slow down, dropping new strains and announcements seemingly every other day. Recently, Cookies opened its first dispensary in Ontario, Canada. They also announced that they’re now the exclusive producers of Khalifa Kush. Further, Berner continues to put out new music consistently, with his latest album released just a few months ago, along with multiple singles that followed. However, this is just a few of the things that Cookies has been up to lately.
With nearly 50 retail locations, products in multiple countries around the globe, partnerships with some of the biggest cannabis brands, and also some of the industry’s most coveted strains, Cookies continues to reign the mountain that they helped build.
