Keep Your Mind Right With These Body Weight Exercise Routines

When people tell you to keep your mind right, they could mean a variety of things: getting enough sleep, meditating, taking a vacation, or a much needed break from work. A much quicker way to reset your brain is with a hard workout. Too often do journalists and artists forget their physical health takes a toll on your mental health. It’s silly to not be physically active when all you need is body weight to get one hell of a workout.

Whether you want to admit it or not, your brain isn’t working to its full capacity if you aren’t exercising on a regular basis. Period. Everything works together and if you’re not at least breaking a bit of a sweat each day you’re truly doing a disservice to your body, brain and your overall quality of life is suffering.

It’s hard, boring and it sucks, but it has to be done. Know that everyone who works out and exercises has moments where they bitch out and don’t want to go lift, run, climb, sprint, whatever. Just get it over with and your entire day will feel lighter and easier. And everyone has body weight, so you have no excuses. You have the tools to make your mind better attached to your body, why would you not use them?

It doesn’t take a muscle breaking and lung scorching workout to loosen up your mind and body. Use these body weight routines to either get started into a heavier routine or at the very least minimum maintenance.
