This shop hosts an extremely modern decor, it almost feels like a jewelry store when you walk in. Serra’s environment is elegant and welcoming, making it a good stop for canna-tourists.

Rose City Wellness
Rose City has been open since 2011 and has garnered a loyal fan base. Their location provides great foot traffic and they work with growers who are local Oregonians that like to grow small batch cannabis designed for cannabis connoisseurs.

Medigreen Collective
This place has deals that include $90 ounces and $25 eighths. If you’re going to be in Portland for an extended visit, this is the place to stop first to make sure you don’t spend your entire cannabis budget at a more expensive shop.
