Andrew Reed is a reclusive artist and creative figure whose reflective ideas is expressed in music, film and spoken/written word platforms. Additionally, he’s never afraid of challenging popular opinion, detesting celebrity culture and non-value-adding commercialism that preys on the masses, he always seeks to “make better.” Andrew is an outspoken voice for art and ideas and has a clear conscious.
If All the World Were Right is a very 70’s style production and reminiscent of talented musicians like Cat Stevens, Tom Petty, and more. The most fitting genre description for Andrew’s music is “introspective rock/acoustic.”
When asked about his music, Andrew Reed said, “I certainly write about relationships as they are powerful and inescapable drivers of the human condition. But I guess I am always searching for answers and insight. There is a broader universe of ideas that need to be explored. Ideas are my love. Music is a platform for those ideas. I also have lived a pretty diverse life thus far, which provides the firsthand experience from which I normally write. Unfortunately, I have had more than my share of woes through chance and my own hand which comes out in overtones. I also have done lots of things that have worked. So without trying to be too self-absorbed, I write from the only perspective I can…my experience.”
