However, if you’re anywhere in America, it might be nearly impossible to book a place that allows smoking. According to the American Hotel and Lodging Association, the percentage of hotel rooms that don’t allow smoking has risen from 74% to 97% over the past decade.

How to Smoke Weed in a Hotel Room Discreetly
Keep it Simple
First things first, open your window! Wet down a towel and stick that under your door to prevent any smoke from coming out of your room. If you have a bathroom fan, turn that on too.
Next, stick your head out of the window and smoke up. Pretend you’re having your very own Euphoria moment and hit it fast and hard.

Time to do Laundry
If there’s not a window, you better have packed some dryer sheets. Time to make your own sploof. Grab an empty toilet paper roll and stuff some dryer sheets inside. Then, wrap a dryer sheet around one end and secure it with a rubber band or hair tie. Use this method in combination with the wet towel method. Blow the smoke out of this homemade filter and hope for the best.
Ideally, you’ll have planned for this moment with a vape pen. The smoke is nearly odorless, and you don’t need to smoke a lot to get high.
Hotbox, Honey
If all else fails, time to hotbox. Close the bathroom door, use the wet towel method, and start a very hot shower.
Once the bathroom is filled with steam, go ahead and light up. The steam will push down the smoke and absorb the smell. If you have some fragment shampoo, add that to the shower. Soon, all you’ll likely be able to smell is flowery soap. Even better, it’s an easy transition to a lovely hot shower and sleep.
Play it Safe
Once it’s time to leave the hotel, take the evidence with you and tip the cleaning crew well. To play it even safer, give the room a final spray with whatever perfume or cologne you may have packed.
