Chemdawg is one of those funky-smelling strains that occasionally turns customers off. Chem Delight combines Chemdawg with something else to create a funky smelling genetic combination. I was unable to find any information about genetics online or on the Cloud Cover website.
The Cloud Cover team has consistently delivered quality cannabis through a variety of strains. Chem Delight is their latest strain to grace my lungs.
This is not the best looking strain from Cloud Cover, it lacks trichomes and the color spectrum presented in previous strains from this farm. However, that does not take away from the quality of the strain. We just have to hope that it makes up for that deficit in other ways. An almost lime green shade intertwines itself with with brown colored pistils.
The smell is a little bit like hay and a little bit of a chemicals aroma. This might be my least favorite part of the strain, but at the same time, it keeps me smelling the jar. I can’t quite place my finger on why. It might be the uniqueness of the smell. I have not encountered many strains with a smell like this.
Chem Delight has an odd hay taste with it that matches the smell. While I wasn’t a huge fan of the taste, this one kicked my ass. I was high and needed a nap after. This is definitely a go to sleep strain, like most Chemdawg strains.
