The Rise Of Gab
Gab’s been out in the 206 dropping heaters for years, and we all knew she was one step from blowing up. Even back in 2015 we had our eyes on this lady of leisure. She’s been involved with a couple brands such as Top Tree, and Swisher Sweets over the years too, always presenting herself at the forefront of cannabis culture. It was only a matter of time.
With the release of her album “Gab The Most High,” in 2016, she continued to garner attention in the hip-hop and cannabis community, further staking her claim as the “most high.” That same year she curated & headlined her own eight-city tour. Last year we also named her as one of Seattle’s most stoned emcees with the help of Northwest Leaf.
Recently Gab teamed up with San Francisco native Blimes Brixton to form rap power-duo, B.A.G. (Blimes And Gab). The two found great success with their breakout single, “Come Correct.” After becoming a viral sensation, the two performed the song live on VEVO. “Come Correct” has garnered over 20 million streams across various platforms, so far.
Between her efforts as 1/2 of B.A.G. and her continued presence in the cannabis community, Gifted Gab is seated to be a legend. Don’t sleep on all the big moves she continues to make in Seattle, and around the world.
