Alison Wonderland at The Showbox
Last month, Alison Wonderland ended her FMUOASL tour with a second sold out Seattle show. The Australian DJ started off the night by crowd surfing to an unreleased track called “Happy Place.” It was the perfect way to begin the set as she turned the venue into a happy place for the crowd
Alison officially released “Happy Place” on Thursday night, and explains the meaning and lyrics of the song. The lyrics may seem simple and repetitive, but it comes from a meaningful place for her.
Straight up I wrong 'happy place' when contemplating suicide. I wrote it about making choices. I made the choice to call my friends.
