The 2022 Emerald Cup Festivities are set to continue with their annual Harvest Ball in Santa Rosa.
Next month, California cannabis cultivators, consumers, and industry professionals will come from the hills of NorCal and out of the city of Angels to gather at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds for one last time in 2022. The event series is looking to rebound in a big way after health restrictions and shutdowns slowed events over the course of the last two years.
The Emerald Cup group truly represents Northern California and the backbone of cannabis, growers. The family-run organization is able to bring large-scale events together without sacrificing inclusion of the very community and culture they represent. This year they’ve launched the Small Farms Initiative to further provide opportunities for legacy and sun-grown cultivators.
The Emerald Cup family was inspired by the excitement that discovering new cannabis can bring so they sought to bring that same excitement to this year’s musical guests. Featuring well-established and new artists from multiple genres, executive producer Taylor Blake said, “This is the most fun and exciting music lineup we have had in a while. It’s the perfect blend of old school and new school, so people from all walks of lives can enjoy the performances.” Fans will be able to catch E-40, Channel Tres, Fleetmac Wood, Peekaboo, and many others on the stage.
Outside of the stellar music lineup at this year’s event, attendees of all backgrounds can see what the 2022 harvest brought and what genetics will be standing front and center in the 2023 market. They will also have a large consumer marketplace featuring a broad selection of the newest and best from top farms and cultivators. Brands will have activations, food trucks will be on-site, and there is even a regenerative agriculture garden activation!
