SXSW is an incredible cultural phenomenon that transforms Austin, TX into a hotbed of music, culture, and now cannabis. There are several panels and speeches being given by amazing ladies spreading the good word about cannabis. These are all topics regarding what weed means to women spanning from the presence of cannabis in parenting to breaking the glass ceiling of women in weed and tech.

The PanelPicker is a two-step online process that allows the SXSW community to have a significant voice in programming conference activities (presentations, panels, discussions, demonstrations, etc.) for SXSW and SXSW EDU.
Step one encourages the community to enter proposals for daytime conference programming for all SXSW events. Step two allows the community to browse all of these ideas. Then leave comments, and vote for what they think is the best fit. Women are making big waves in the cannabis industry and taking on industry-leading roles in a booming business.
