Walter Wayne, a Croatian music producer, and artist released his 4-track EP, “Twisted” May 22nd of this year. This album is a deviation from the artist’s distinctive house music sound. Walter Wayne’s EP “Twisted” encompasses a more melodic techno sound. “Twisted” consists of tracks, “Crows,” “Distorted Origin,” “Line 172,” and “Through the Night.” This release through SuperPosition Records is Wayne’s break into the melodic techno genre.
Wayne explained that, “This album twisted is my first break into the techno genre. Well, it’s more melodic techno I would say. I’ve been working on this material since last December and it means a lot to me as it sums my emotions during this COVID-19 crisis the whole world is going through. That’s where the name Twisted is coming from, it simply describes my experience of the world right now, it’s all twisted. We’re locked in our homes and what was normal yesterday it’s twisted today.”

Walter Wayne’s EP “Twisted” is a new path for him. However, he has prior experience with music as the CEO and owner of Ocean Media LLC, a media and publishing company. Wayne uses heavy sounds, synthetic tones, and distinguishable melodies. In addition, his prior experience as an engineer and programer shine in his music. Wayne explains:
“I had three things which occupied my attention when I was a kid: music, aeroplanes and video games. I was lucky enough that I had a chance to pursue two out of those three things throughout my formative years and that’s aerospace engineering and making video games. What actually is my day job today is game designer, producer, and programmer.”

Wayne experimented with music production for years, however, he never came out with any releases. In 2020, Wayne released his first in-depth EP, displaying his journey as an electronic music artist.
Since “Twisted,” Wayne also released his full 10 track album, “Synchronized.”
