The industrial area of Portland opposite of Burnside has some interesting components to it. A mixture of warehouses, industrial supply stores, breweries, and the Vitalidad Venue combines everything about Portland that makes it unique. Founded by Kevin Doody, Deblin McKnight, Carolina, and Jamal Rahima. Each member of this team offers a unique touch that adds a positive experience to the venue. A concert space converted into an event space and dance studio, Vitalidad provides a unique experience for attendees. Entering the main door you immediately step into a foyer where event hosts can stage booths or distribute information about the event.
Two smaller lounge areas separate the front portion of the building from the main event space. Featuring large mirrors and industrial style doors, this large open room can hold up to 500 people without seating. To give guests plenty of reasons to mingle vendors can be set up in all of the rooms. As we worked our way to the main room at Passport Cannabis’s first industry nite we walked through tables of vendors handing out uninfused product samples.
The staff at Vitalidad strive to make your experience a positive one. They work with a variety of vendors that have experience utilizing the event space to ensure things run smoothly. Parking is easy. A pay to park lot is right next door. There is plenty of street parking available if you don’t mind walking. Vitalidad provides a unique event experience and when you combine Passport Cannabis and Respect My Region you know you’re in for a good time.
