Vic Mensa has dropped a new single titled “Dark Things” with an accompanying video as well. His latest song is meant to be the lead single off his upcoming EP, which is expected to be released before the end of the year. He reportedly has features on the project that include G-Eazy, Ty Dolla Sign, and more.
The visual for “Dark Things” plays hand in hand with the song itself. While it has a rather fast tempo and flexible melodic flows, the video captures the dark undertones and overall meaning of the song. Throughout most of the video, Mensa is seen possessed in a dark forest with what appears to be witches surrounding him. At the end, the colorations change to a deep red theme as they perform a ritual.
