From the perspective of Tyler, The Creator, the video to “See You Again” brings to life the story of a soldier going off to war while his partner feels as though they won’t see him again. At the end of the video, it shows Tyler rapping as a ghost to eventually evaporate into a swarm of bees.
The precision displayed with minimal movements and scenes is breathtaking, as it proves that a fair amount of time and thought was put into the video. As he’s already considered to be one of the most creative artists in the world of hip-hop, the new visual only solidifies this label even more.
