If you are into horror movies or are a spooky fanatic in general, The Trinity of Terror Tour blew the stage off this past weekend at the Orlando Amphitheater. I have only covered smaller events in the past, but this was my biggest one to date! The Tour featured the best bands in the scene, such as Ice Nine Kills, Motionless in White, Black Veil Brides, and Atreyu. You can already tell by the energy of the bands that this show was going to go hard!
Atreyu

Atreyu rocks the stage at 6:20 pm. They started with the songs “Strange Powers of Prophecy” and “Baptize” followed that up. The energy provided at the beginning got the crowd pumped up as soon as the 10-second countdown hit zero. Vocalist Brandon Saller announced that he had partially lost his voice. The singer then expressed how nothing would result in canceling their performance as the crowd began to chant loudly throughout their set. With the band and the crowd’s energy combined, Atreyu’s opening performance was a night to remember.
Black Veil Brides

Black Veil Brides hit the stage around 7:20 pm with a spectacular intro, starting their set with “Crimson Skies.” The band and the crowd were in sync, leading them to double down on the madness causing total chaos while performing “Coffin” and “Faithless.”
From the moment they finished performing their singles, you could feel the band was cooking up something for their next song. Little did we know, we saw their Guitarist Jinxx with a Top Hat and a Violin to perform “Shadow Rise.” How crazy can this night get?
Rock shows can be extremely dangerous if you don’t take precautions. On this occasion, Singer Andy Black stopped their performance to seek out their fans safely as a fan was hurt in the crowd. Regardless of the time slot the bands had, they stopped their set UNTIL THEY MADE SURE EVERYBODY WAS ALRIGHT!
As wholesome as these musicians are, they thanked everyone for spending time with them, making the event magical with over 7,000 attendants. He encouraged everyone to look after each other and to stay hydrated! They concluded their set with Fan Favorites such as “Knives and Pens,” “Stich These Wounds,” “Fallen Angel,” and “In The End.” That string of songs left everyone feeling like they were back in Warped Tour days. Their entire set was a high school dream!
Motionless In White

Motionless In White is a must-see band you cannot sleep on! They started their set with “Disguise,” followed by “Sign Of Life,” and just hearing that intro synth and guitars had my body and soul ready for a good time! It’s crazy to feel the energy difference from the photo pit compared to being in the crowd. I’ve seen Motionless In White many times before in my high school days, and now that I’m covering them for the first time, it felt so powerful words could not be expressed!
Since the band was coming out swinging with all their full musical force. The show was too good; they had to stop their performance to check on their fanbase. It’s known that Motionless In White shows are pretty chaotic! Little did we know, they surprised us all with their stage production. Motionless in White was joined by entertainers in other areas of their set for different sections, with metal sparklers heating up the night!
The next song featured the badass himself, Anthony Martinez, from the band Dark Devine out of Orlando, performing “Slaughterhouse.” Although there were technical difficulties, everything worked out as planned! The performance was so special we didn’t even know it was Anthony’s birthday! Such a memorable moment!
The production side of things was tremendous. Once they played their song “Werewolf,” it went down! You can feel that ending guitar solo run through your soul. Even after they chanted the lyrics, you get goosebumps! Their performance was an overall masterpiece. If you ever get a chance, check out their stuff! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
Ice Nine Kills

Ice Nine Kills KNOWS HOW TO PUT ON A SHOW! Their set started around 10 pm with a hard intro. Once they began to perform “Hip To Be Scared,” the crowd chants were so powerful you could hear them over the sound system that was right in front of me! I was able to catch their first song backstage, and seeing the crowd react to the band was absolutely breathtaking.
If you don’t know much about Ice Nine Kills, their music revolves around many cult-classic films everybody enjoys. With them being influenced by horror films, they formed the BADASS album, The Silver Scream, followed by Welcome to Horrorwood. Every song was a different experience, which blew me away. Not many bands know how to execute these fusions, but they sure did.
