Treehawk Farms is an artisanal cannabis farm located on the northern part of the Olympic Peninsula. Recently, Belmar in Bellevue announced they would be carrying them on their shelves. Their delicate approach to cannabis cultivation has allowed them to consistently yield high-quality cannabis. Closing its doors in 2002, the dairy farm that Treehawk resides on sat dormant for some time. Treehawk was also nominated to be Respect My Region’s most trusted cannabis farm in 2017.
Belmar is located just off I-405 in Bellevue. Before you venture that way, it is important to know that all online orders are 10 percent off. Their selection is extensive and there is something for every budget. I have visited the store a handful of times and have always found the customer service to be exceptional. Their staff is knowledgeable about their cannabis, but also willing to let a customer browse. Their selection makes it hard to make a decision, being able to browse allows me to carefully make a decision.
If you haven’t tried Treehawk Farms yet. Even if you have and you just so happen to be a regular at Belmar. I highly suggest the Island Poison strain. I had the opportunity to smoke this strain in a pre-roll form and it was stellar. This sativa dominant hybrid gets its’ genetics from Durban Poison, Trainwreck, and Afgan. Anything bred with Trainwreck in it is usually a very cerebral high.
Buzzing with energy the entire time I was stoned after this half-gram joint. Energy to accompany a serious boost in my mood was a superb combination. The joint burned perfectly. There was no running and hitting the joint was not a problem. I spent the morning enjoying the cool summer air as a walked around my neighborhood.
