The main event for BoomTV‘s The Last Dance in Verdansk Call of Duty: Warzone Tournament is set to finish up on Tuesday. The Main Event will have a grand prize of $75,000.
Call of Duty: Warzone isn’t only a mecca for aspiring streamers, but for huge tournaments as well, featuring some of the biggest gamers on all platforms. Between the Code Red tournaments and this ongoing Last Dance, BoomTV has really become a cornerstone of Warzone tournaments within the community.
The two-week, four-round event is one of the biggest tournaments to date and has shown a bit of revival for the game itself as Activision gets ready to roll out the red carpet for the South Pacific map. For this massive tourney, over 120 duos showed out to compete for a spot in the main event before Verdansk was sent off into the void.

The Last Dance in Verdansk Format & Schedule
In its entirety, the Last Dance in Verdansk holds 120 duos – dressed in their dance shoes – across three different qualifying rounds (40 in each round). The teams include 35 captains invited beforehand and five teams straight from the community. All of these players are from the NA region.
Within each qualifier round, the top five teams are cut $25,000 and snag their spot in the main event. In the main event itself, the remaining duos will duke it out for a chance to walk away with $75,000.
The Final Tango of The Last Dance in Verdansk
It has been a week and a half of some of the most exciting skill sets and insane content. Now, the only thing left for The Last Dance in Verdansk is the main event. The final round will start on Tuesday, November 2, at 1PM Pacific, and will be hosted on the BoomTV official Twitch channel. Additionally, you can always catch your favorite streamer and watch their point-of-view during the tournament.
After three rounds of qualifiers and this final round left, teams are becoming finalized for the finals full list. The Main Event will include more than just competing duos from the qualifying rounds, too. There will also be main event players who received their own invites. It’s safe to say the finals will be packed to the brim with action! Be sure to tune in on Tuesday with BoomTV or any of the channels of the remaining teams.
