The Scoville Heat Scale is used to measure the hot flavor produced by chili peppers.
Striking similarities exist between this tincture and a bottle of Sriracha. A red box holds a small glass vial with a green eye dropper for a lid. I experimented with adding mine to a variety of different foods. Eggs have been a staple in my breakfast this summer. This tincture provided an extra kick to the eggs while delivering a mild body high to start my morning. I also found it to be a welcome addition to some carne asada tacos and guacamole that I made for dinner. There is still half a bottle left. I think I will be taking it with me next time I go for fried rice.
