Singer Sabrina Carpenter, capitalizing on one of the most successful years in her career, has a new “Short N’ Sweet” smoothie now available at Erewhon in Los Angeles. According to an Instagram post by the upscale grocery chain earlier this month, the new smoothie contains “a tropical fruit base with organic coconut & honey, collagen, and pearl powder, and a dash of spirulina for a rich, blue color.”
Carpenter’s “Short N’ Sweet” smoothie comes less than a month before the singer’s upcoming sixth studio album of the same name is scheduled to be released on Aug. 23 through Island Records. The album has additionally been supported by two singles, “Espresso” and “Please Please Please.” Both singles topped the Billboard Global 200 chart and became Carpenter’s first number-one single in both the United States and the United Kingdom, respectively.

Who is Sabrina Carpenter?
Sabrina Carpenter is a singer and actress from Pennsylvania, who started her acting with roles on the Disney Channel. She had a recurring voice role as Princess Vivian on Sofia the First from 2013-18, and played the major supporting role of Maya Hart on Girl Meets World from 2014-17. She also had a man role as Jenny Parker in the 2017 Disney Channel Original Movie Adventures in Babysitting.
Carpenter began her music career in the late 2000s, and found mild success from the release of her first four studio albums through Hollywood Records, Eyes Wide Open, (2015,) Evolution (stylized as EVOLution) (2016,) Singular: Act I (2018,) and Singular: Act II (2019.) Her first major success came with 2022’s Emails I Can’t Send, Carpenter’s first release with Island Records, and fifth studio album overall.
The standard edition of Emails I Can’t Send was supported by four singles, “Skinny Dipping,” “Fast Times,” Vicious,” and “Nonsense.” Carpenter released a deluxe edition, Emails I Can’t Send Fwd:, the following year, which consists of four new tracks including another single “Feather.”
Carpenter’s much anticipated sixth studio album, Short N’ Sweet, is slated to be released on Aug. 23. Carpenter included “Espresso” in her lineup for the 2024 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California, where she performed on the first night of both weekends on April 12 and 19. Significantly, it was the first time the singer performed at the festival.
On June 8, 2024, in another first for her career, Carpenter performed at the Governors Ball Music Festival in Corona Park, New York. Her set list included a performance of “Please Please Please,” Short N’ Sweet’s second single which was released two days prior.
Carpenter will embark on the Short N’ Sweet tour in September, which will be the first arena tour of her career.
