I hope you got your tickets, because my favorite out of this world DJ, Rezz, is abducting her way to The Showbox Sodo in Seattle on Oct. 21st and Oct.22nd for two sold-out shows. Upon announcing tickets for her “Mass Manipulation World Tour,” and promoting her debut album, “Mass Manipulation,” Seattle is one, but not the only location where Rezz has had to announce extra dates after tickets sold out in under a minute. After seeing her perform at Paradiso, Foundation and this year at Q Nightclub, I can attest that not only is this artist worth every penny and more, but her style has grown and evolved every time I’ve seen her.
Joining Rezz at her Seattle shows is Zeke Beats, who will be opening, so be prepared for some electronica before Space Mom seduces you into a weird cryptic trance that will leave you all in praise. The word from her fan group ‘The Cult Of Rezz,’ is that her Mass Manipulation Tour is an entirely new level. Don’t be shocked to hear a few new, unidentified tracks, A-level visual artwork, and an amazing vibe from her passionate fans. It will be a phenomenal show.
