Queso Blanco makes my stomach growl. Immediately I want cheese. Dawgstar may not sell cheese in these little glass jars, but what’s in them is better than cheese. Translated into English the name Queso Blanco means White Cheese. This strain is a cross of White Widow and Cheese, making it a hybrid strain. Dawgstar products are processed in partnership with X-tracted Laboratories in Seattle.
The wax inside the jar is a dark shade of amber with a distinct earthy cheese smell to it. The texture is a bit saucier than I would like to touch with my finger. There was no issue scooping any of this wax up with my dabber. I scooped myself a larger than normal dab. The smell of this strain had me intrigued and I wanted to really taste the terpenes.
The combination of flavors from White Widow and Cheese created a cornucopia of flavor. I spent a few minutes trying to determine what I was tasting. There was a heavy, almost blue cheese flavor but the White Widow gave it some earthy undertones. During the duration of the high, I found myself going between being motivated and glued to my couch.
