For security, customers will be asked to enter their information and upload a photo of their state ID or Passport. Delivery fees (free delivery on qualifying orders) are set at a flat rate based on the distance of the drop location to the store: between $0-$15. Once the order is placed, customers will receive text updates via for the delivery and a tracking link to their driver (think Doordash or Ubereats). Similarly to food delivery services, Priscotty will notify customers when the order is ready for pickup, when it’s en route, and when it has arrived!

Unfortunately, since cannabis is a controlled substance, orders can not be dropped and left. You must be present to accept all deliveries!
When the delivery arrives the delivery driver will confirm the customer’s license matches the name on the order. From there, the customer will be asked to sign a waiver confirming delivery and, if cash was the payment method of choice, the customer will then pay the driver before the delivery is complete.
