Ever since the legalization of recreational use of marijuana went into effect in March of 2021, pop-up shops across New York are slowly transforming into dispensaries. Although selling weed as an establishment isn’t legal just yet, there are loopholes to use for those looking to buy quality herb in the Upstate area.
Before my drive to Buffalo this past weekend, all my connections were dry. However, throughout New York State, there are plenty of smoke shops that offer you complimentary weed for purchasing their products. Once I got there, I stumbled across this little shop called Pot Patrol. The truck parked outside plastered with art that caught my eye off the rip. I hit a quick U-turn to check it out. There was no disappointment to say the least.
Stop in Shops
Pot Patrol welcomes you with a complimentary glass piece, and a little bit of weed to set the vibe while you look for which strain you want to smoke. They offer a variety of strains which are put on display with magnifiers to really get a good look. This ranges from Mac-1, Gorilla Glue 4, MK Ultra, Blackberry Cheesecake, Bacio Gelato, and much more. After viewing all of the options and reading up on the details of each strain, they gifted me some of the Mac-1 strain. On top of herb, they also offer a variety of edibles, other glass pieces, concentrates, and accessories such as grinders, cones, and rolling papers. Their service was exceptional, and the flower that was given to me was of great quality.
Weed Service
On top of their stop-in shop, they also offer a delivery service to customers who may want to kick back in the comfort of their home. On top of that, they offer services where they deliver a variety of different ways to get high. They have Infused Dinner Parties, a service called Pot Party which they offer a variety of different ways to smoke. It includes dabs, pre-rolls, cannigars, and glass products if you prefer. Pot Patrol also hosts a number of events such as weed-induced comedy shows, puff and paints, and they even cater to 420 friendly weddings.
If you’re looking to buy weed in Upstate New York, spots like Pot Patrol and other little shops in hopes of becoming a dispensary are all around, you just have to do a little exploring. Nothing’s better than the gift of weed!
