Parisalexa and More on PNW Rising
Ca$hier Ft. Blockrepp Shad X DP BILLIONZ “Spin”
This track gets real gritty and haunting through the whole delivery. The collab amongst these three artists has such synergy as each of them goes hard on their verses. The music video itself is classic as each artist raps directly to the camera to get their points across.
Maika Million “NIGHT CAP (feat. Pmo $howtime & MikeJack3200)”
Another collaboration for the books, NIGHT CAP is about raw sexuality. This group doesn’t wanna sugar coat anything about it either. Regardless of how it comes off, they’re gonna stick with brute honesty every time. The deep piano sample also blends insanely well with catchy bass beat.
Fatal Lucciauno “Part Three: Regret”
I really fuck with the jazzy vibes this song brings. Fatal Lucciauno goes heavy with his spoken word delivery on this track, and he addresses hard hitting topics. There’s also some levity towards the end of “Part Three: Regret.” Despite the title, I get the feeling this rapper is still making sure to keep positive.
T.$poon & Wynne “1 For Me…”
T.$poon & Wynne come together for this melodic hip-hop bop that’s got the kind of infectious bounce that could easily fit in with the likes of any radio hit. This kind of chemistry described in the song is the kind that’s meant to last. Someone that makes you feel good in all the best ways is one you gotta hold on to.
Swavalito “Psychedelic Passion”
This ballad has a great fusion of hip-hop and R&B with its beats and melodies. The fluctuations in Swavalito’s vocals give that trippy mood that’s very fitting to the track’s title, “Psychedelic Passion.” The flow is smooth and effortless for this rapper when describing his affections.
KOTH “Get Your Paper Up (feat. Overlord Scooch)”
This release from KOTH comes in hot with a dope ass sax sample along a sick urban beat. The message is clear, we just gotta keep focusing on that bag. Despite whatever we got going on in life, you can’t lose yourself and lose sight of the hustle so that way you can move on far past whatever tries bringing you down.
Money4Suave “Feeling It (feat. MonndoFrmThaBity)
This track is short, sweet, and to the point. “Feeling It (feat. MonndoFrmThaBity)” is a slower vibe with string instrumentals that come in clutch when you’re looking for a sound that can mellow you out. This is a good track to roll up some indica with on the weekend.
ChinoDaReal “Rose Royce”
The first thing that definitely stands out in this tune is the sample of the iconic Selena’s “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom.” That alone instantly makes “Rose Royce” an enjoyable banger. On top of that, ChinoDaReal’s cadence with the sample’s melody works so well as he drops verses and stands on business.
LEEBO “Ranks”
The music video for “Ranks” has an artsy kind of feel to it with retro effects and shots. Aside from that, LEEBO has a wordplay that instantly catches your attention. The beat has an infectious rhythm as the rapper spits fire.
Parisalexa “Resist”
This beautiful songstress is sure to steal your attention with her insane vocal runs and soft production of “Resist.” The whole video is so dreamy, and the lyrics are deep and poetic as well as sensual as hell about one trying to make tensions even more irresistible to keep Parisalexa around. To be honest, Parisalexa and her talent are both extremely hard to resist from being infatuated with.
Y’all know the drill! If you or anyone you know is repping the PNW region with music to share to the world, please let RMR know. We’re always happily accepting submissions via email or through Instagram messages.
