It’s a been a minute since we heard from the Hilltop favorite, Lil Ripp. While he has still been steadily performing and releasing music, we haven’t had any in the inbox! The Tacoma rapper is now releasing music as part of a MKF group alongside fellow Tacoma artist, Glewie Sparccs.
An extension of the Monee Klass Family that Ripp, now going by Lewie, has claimed for many years. In the new ‘Want It’ music video he grabs Glewie for the first verse. Providing the signature auto-tune vibe on the hook, Lewie shows progression in his sound. He’s locked in on a unique west coast sound with this one and should be slapped back to back.
