Scrolling through Facebook the other day, I found this R&B mashup from Misundvrstood & Aaron J. The two musicians combine popular songs from Drake, Cardi B, Kendrick Lamar, Chance The Rapper, and more.
I’m familiar with Aaron J from his work with other MYL artists, but I hadn’t heard Misundvrstood until this. I truly can’t wait to see whats next from each artist.
The first thing that caught my eye was the backdrop of the video. The two Seattle artists chose to use the Diego Pellicer Mural by Rey Jaffet as the background.
The mashup features a variety of popular songs most from 2017, including:
Insecure by Jazmine Sullivan ft Bryson Tiller, ISpy by KYLE, Bodak Yellow by Cardi B, Crew by Goldlink, Somebody by Tink, Juke Jam by Chance The Rapper, Humble by Kendrick Lamar, and Fake Love by Drake.
