Seattle local MikeJack3200 and Bay Area artist Daboii just dropped an absolute heater with “No Rhythm.” An unorthodox funk-trap banger that shouldn’t work but is now one of my favorite tracks on my playlist. MikeJack has been on a major come up. Tapping in with Daboii proves he’s out here working and ready for more.
The beat has this wavey-funk vibe that reminds me of the theme song for GTA San Andreas. It makes sense why they titled this song “No Rhythm” because hearing the beat definitely makes you wonder how they are about to approach it. But as soon as Jack starts rapping it’s instant stank face as his lyricism and word play completely take over. Coming with some of that grimey street energy, MikeJack isn’t afraid to let people know he runs shit and doesn’t plan on slowing down any time soon.

Daboii goes hard for the Seattle squad and straight kills his verse. He brings a different energy sonically that freshens up the track at the perfect moment. One of those tracks you want to see live, infectious and catchy, “No Rhythm” is a sure party starter.
With over 16,000 views in just three days, “No Rhythm” could prove to be MikeJack3200’s biggest hit to date. This level of exposure on such a hard track could be what springboards his career to the next level. Seattle hip-hop is really beginning to flourish over the last couple of years and seems to only be ramping up. With artists like MikeJack in our scene it is clear to see why, and only makes us more excited to see what he and other local talent has to offer.
