R&B singer, Mariah the Scientist, announced via social media she’ll be going on tour. The ‘’To Be Eaten Alive Tour’ will span across North America, Europe and the UK. Paris, Dallas, Brooklyn, London, Houston are just a few stops scheduled to be made. The tour will kick off in just a few days on February 1st in Honolulu, Hawaii, and conclude with a hometown concert in Atlanta. To see the full tour schedule check out the post below.
The Atlanta, Georgia native has been around music since her elementary days in her school choir. She would end up going to St. John’s University for college, where she studied biology before dropping out to pursue a music career.
Her early connections in the music world were tied to rapper Tory Lanez. The Canadian rapper showed her the ropes and even brought her on tour to help with her development. In a recent interview with Big Boy, Mariah speaks on the impact of those early moments with Tory, her career journey and also her current relationship with rapper Young Thug.
To Be Eaten Alive Tour Information
The tour is a celebration for Mariah and her Labs (fans nickname) to celebrate the release of To Be Eaten Alive. The album was originally released October 27th, 2023. It would include Young Thug, Vory, and 21 Savage as featuring artists. To Be Eaten Alive would go on to peak at number 41 on the Billboard charts for top R&B/Hip Hop albums. Singer Ryan Trey will be a supporting act for the tour.
Ryan Trey is an R&B artist from St. Louis Missouri. His first track that reached national attention was entitled ‘Real’, which he made while only in high school. The rising artist has also had the chance to work with big names such as Bryson Tiller. The two released a collaborative track entitled ‘Nowhere to Run’. This upcoming tour will serve as a steppingstone for the young artist to continue his push up the ranks in the music world.
