Everything You Need To Know About Lil Baby and His Weed, Wham!

Everything You Need To Know About Lil Baby and His Weed, Wham!

Over the past few years, Lil Baby has risen in popularity due to high-profile collabs and his record-breaking album My Turn. This Atlanta-bred rapper was quick to capitalize on his momentum and continues to do so to this day. In addition to releasing a documentary on Amazon, Lil Baby just dropped his new weed line, called WHAM! in select dispensaries across California.

We visited our friends over at Malibu Collective in Malibu, CA and got the hookup on a fresh 3.5G bag of Lil Baby’s weed. Check out our full review on Youtube here and continue reading to learn more.

What We Know About Lil Baby’s Wham! Weed Line

It’s no secret that Lil Baby loves rapping about weed, but so far, he’s been able to keep the details of WHAM! on the down low. His business ties may be mostly private for now, but we do know that prominent brands like Cookies, Joke’s Up!, BackPack Boyz, and Ice Kream are all doing their part to support the launch.

This legacy dealer is no stranger to the weed game. In fact, Lil Baby was arrested for having cannabis in his car when he attended Paris Fashion Week in 2021. But in April of this year, Baby began rolling out his legal weed line, along with The Holding Company behind it.

Celebrity driven brand collabs are nothing new, and “rapper weed” has a reputation for being some of the strongest flower ever smoked. So, Lil Baby’s new weed line has a lot to live up to.

The first strain released from the WHAM! Label is a Super Runtz x ADL cross that was named after the line. This newest release seems to live up to the “rapper weed” hype. WHAM! tests at 37.54% THC with 38.71% total active cannabinoids, including 41.40% THCA and 0.25% CBD.

Our hypothesis is that this hybrid strain, and the WHAM! label as a whole, will be able to hold its own in the wild world of luxury weed. Rumor has it, each drop will have a different bag with a new colorway to represent the new strain. We can’t wait to see what Lil Baby releases next.
