LATruth is an entertainer based out of Atlanta. He’s a rapper, singer, songwriter, actor, as well as a social media star. His music career has seen 11 albums and songs with legends like Snoop Dogg. Selling over 300,000 units as an independent artist, he’s been taking a break from music, focusing on acting and growing his social media presence to over 7.1 million strong.
His videos have garnered over 100 million views and Truth has two clothing lines: “Real Father Gang” and “Humble Over Flex.”
LaTruth is a man of many talents, and Respect My Region hosted him for a weekend in the Pacific Northwest. Bringing him out here primarily to record an episode of The Break podcast, we also introduced him to some of Seattle’s cannabis culture on St. Patricks Day. We stopped by Dawg Star Cannabis for a look at how legal cannabis is grown in Washington state, then we took him to a recreational cannabis dispensary. Jake The Professor dropped some knowledge on LaTruth while he perused some of our state’s finest cannabis products.
It was a weekend full of move-making and social media game. Respect My Region soaked up a lot of free game this weekend and we hope LATruth did the same.
