Atlanta based rapper J.I.D has seen his career skyrocket throughout 2018, and he’s released another new song titled “Working Out.” His new project DiCaprio 2 is expected to drop at anytime. As a result, the hype surrounding his music is at an all-time high. After dropping “151 Rum” a few weeks ago, he’s proved that his recent moves need to be followed.
Premiered on A COLORS SHOW, J.I.D showcases his inventive and precise lyricism on “Working Out.” His lyrics are raw, to say the least, because he confronts topics in an honest and vulnerable way. An example of this can be seen with lines such as “I wanna cry cuz I’m numb inside / You wonder why, ask “what’s the matter?”
