Grieves Is Throwing A Benefit Show For Homeward Pet Adoption Center

Support Homeward Pet Adoption Center With Grieves

Grieves got his start in Seattle playing at various venues around the city. Recently he announced a benefit show for a charity close to his heart as well as ours at Respect My Region. We’ve shown support for Soulshine and their work with Emerald City Pet Rescue. Grieves is hosting a show at The Crocodile on December 22nd to benefit Homeward Pet Adoption Center. Also performing will be Mouse Powell, DJ Fundo, and special guests. Tickets can be purchased here.

Homeward Pet is a no-kill shelter located in Woodinville, WA. They are also a non-profit and rely heavily on donations and grants from the community to continue the work that they do.  Opening their doors in 1990 as Hooterville Pet Safehaus, their motto was that euthanasia should only be used to ease the suffering of a pet that was terminally ill or injured.

They became Homeward Pet Adoption Center in 2003 and the name reflects their mission of finding homes for all pets that they serve. They operate with 26 full and part-time employees as well as 400 volunteers. If you are unable to attend the show and would like to make a donation, they can be made here.
