High Times and the City of Santa Rosa California will be the second groups to ever host an event where attendees can buy, sell, and consume cannabis. The NorCal Cup was recently granted a recreational marijuana event license approving High Times and others for this June’s activities!
Although public consumption of cannabis is banned by California state law, the state’s Bureau for cannabis control worked with local governments to sanction adult-use cannabis at this year’s NorCal Cup. California is currently the only state permitting events to allow buying, selling, and consumption of ‘legal’ recreational cannabis.
High Times Cannabis Cup events have always been trendsetting experiences. With consumption and the ability to purchase or sell weed, guests should be able to experience every aspect of cannabis they desire. Along with cannabis and culture, both days of the festival also offer incredible music talent. Day 2 of the NorCal Cup features one of my favorite artists, and one of R&B’s most respected singers, Miguel.
