Sadly, Summer is coming to an end and August is right around the corner. However, there are still plenty of upcoming concerts and events taking place before the summer ends. The highly anticipated Hard Summer Music Festival will take place this year from August 5-6 in Los Angeles, California.
Hard Summer Music Festival has been an annual event for 15 years now, with the first festival being held on July 19th, 2008 in LA. Over the years, it has been held in multiple cities across California. This year the festival will be held at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Exposition Park, and BMO Stadium.

Lineup/ Stages
The lineup for this year’s Hard Summer is stacked full with some great artists from numerous genres. The headliners for Saturday, August 5th are Kaskade and John Summit; the headliners for Sunday, August 6th are Skrillex and Four Tet. There are also many more artists and something everyone will like. There will be five stages at the festival, the Hard Stage, Harder Stage, Green Stage, Purple Stage, and Pink Stage.
Pre/After Parties
The festival is just one of the events Hard is throwing the weekend of August 5th. There will also be a bunch of pre-parties and after parties in Los Angeles. Starting on Friday the 4th, there will be events to attend with many of the performing artists. Tickets to these are still available, so be sure to check them out!
Parking
The best way to guarantee that you have parking for the festival is to secure a parking spot through ParkWiz. In order to have the best experience you can, make sure to follow these additional tips to make your trip go smoothly. First off, make sure you review the prohibited items in order to save time while going into the festival. The last thing you want is to not get to see an artist because you accidentally brought in something you shouldn’t have.
As previously mentioned, be sure to get prepaid parking passes, or look into options for public transportation prior to the day of. Also, if you are planning on bringing valuables, look into the locker rentals.
