Gypsy Temple has an alternative rock sound that is beyond their years. These young rockers were all summoned from different backgrounds with the single purpose of telling their stories through heartfelt rock and roll. “Pick a Number” is the first single from their upcoming debut album and shows the bands ability to create a well-crafted song and visual. This near-six minute journey is a simple tale about a man meeting a girl, wrapped in a powerfully orchestrated rock and roll ballad.
Cameron Levi-Jones brings a Coheed and Cambria swagger but adds his own youthful exuberance and energetic grunge soul as the band’s powerful frontman. Bandmates Hamoon (bass,) Kai (drums,) Cory (electric-cello,) and wilsonlikethevolleyball (guitar and vocals) bring fun and rowdy energy to their live shows. The “Pick a Number” video does a fantastic job of capturing the band’s spirit and comradery on film.
