Gushers were a rare fruit snack that occasionally found its way into my lunchbox as a kid. Usually on field trips, because those were considered special. A newer member of the Cookies genetics family, the Gushers strain, is a cross of Gelato #41 and Triangle Kush. Both Gelato and Triangle Kush continue to provide valuable genetics to the cannabis community as new pairings continue to hit shelves and gain popularity.
Flavor chasers and experienced cannabis users will appreciate the flavor profile of Gushers. Just like the fruit snack version, expect an array of sweet berry flavors with sour and tropical twists. After writing this, I think I’ll be picking up a box of the snacks from Safeway.
People who use cannabis for medical reasons will gravitate towards the anxiety and depression relief associated with the mood-elevating characteristics. Both of these are possible without overwhelming the consumer with a sense of anxiety. Functionality is still an option as well. It might take a little bit of effort to get off the couch.

The physical appearance of your cannabis is as important as the effects and flavor that you will experience. This strain may not look like the fruit snack that is filled with a juicy center. Shades reminiscent of green olives provide the background for a splattering of gushy orange shaded trichomes. Nugs tend to be long and skinny instead of short and fat. Supplying that gusher feeling is the resin within the nug, creating a sticky sensation when you break it apart.
Other Potent Gelato Strains: Ice Cream Cake, Gelly Burger, Gello, Animal Style, and Mike Larry.
