Funky Monkey comes from Northwest Cannabis Solutions. This subsidiary brand provides a fun take on cannabis strains like White Tahoe Cookies and Guerilla Kush. Funky Monkey packages their eighths in large jars with colorful font and strain artwork. Wooden lids pop off easily. The reverse side of the label reveals the product warnings and required information; displayed in the same colorful font.
Guerilla Kush is a delicious tasting Gorilla Glue phenotype. The flowers are small with little defining features. There’s still a moderate amount of trichome coverage on each little bud and a subtle, yet pleasant wooden aroma. These flowers are perfect grinder fuel, ground down into the perfect textured green powder for bong rips.
Funky Monkey’s Guerilla Kush shines while smoking. This strain is incredibly terpy; the wooden-earth terpenes shine loudly on the inhale and exhale. The hight that follows is incredibly calming and euphoric. Raiding is a highly stressful and difficult challenge in the Destiny 2 video game. Guerilla Kush calmed my nerves and helped me dominate dungeons and puzzles with my clan for hours straight.
While Guerilla Kush doesn’t look special, it’s one of the best tasting Gorilla Glue phenotypes I’ve ever tried. Any GG#4 fans should track down Funky Monkey’s Guerilla Kush immediately.
