Customers in Los Angeles are able to skip the lines at some of their favorite dispensaries. Smart cannabis vending machines are now changing the way LA folk can purchase some dank. No longer do customers have to wait in line for the next available budtender—this is essentially the cannabis version of Redbox. These machines are currently available at two dispensaries in Los Angeles: Erba Collective and Marina Caregivers. The company responsible for these futuristic vending machines is Greenbox Robotics.
These machines are able to dispense a variety of cannabis products. The standard categories found on any cannabis menu are shown on the interface. Currently, these machines are only available inside dispensaries though Greenbox hopes to have them operating as standalone machines in the very near future.
