RMR has watched Fran grow from young solo emcee to becoming an OG in the Burgh’s hip-hop scene. As a member of Most Dope and 1/2 of ‘The Come Up’ Franchise has etched his name within the Steel City history books over the course of his catalog. Relaxed yet holding onto the hunger, Millennium Music feels like an experienced emcee letting loose and looking towards the future.
