Fortune Noodle House Serves Up Fried Rice And Pho

Tucked into a strip mall above The Landing in Renton is Fortune Noodle House. A hole in the wall restaurant serving generous portions of fried rice, pho, and other Vietnamese and Thai food. There’s a constant stream of Door Dash and Uber Eats drivers picking up orders throughout the day.

Limited table space is available inside the restaurant, but the food is worth the wait. Their large portion sizes ensure that you can take some home to reheat the next day. I lean towards their Pineapple Fried Rice whenever I visit. The sweet flavor of the pineapple blends really well with the salt from the soy sauce.

One of my biggest complaints with fried rice is usually the lack of meat that doesn’t end up in the dish. Here, that’s not a problem. I feel like each bite is a good mixture of chicken, rice, and pineapple. Cheers of approval have also echoed from friends and family about their choices of food as well.

Their customer service goes above and beyond what is expected. The staff is able to provide answers to any question from their customers. Labels appear next to each food item allowing customers to know which menu items are gluten-free. I have never been sick from eating here, they do a great job at preventing cross contamination.
