Flight School’s “Come and Go” is the Perfect Vibe to End Summer

With summer coming to a close, there’s plenty of good things to remember. Good times were had with friends at summer music festivals, house parties, and barbecues. The soundtrack to the summer was different for everyone, but the perfect ending to the summer soundtrack is here, with “Come and Go” by Flight School.

Come and Go is a versatile Caribbean-inspired track that could be heard at both nightclubs and small social gatherings. It features catchy synths that don’t overpower the lyrics and voice of the featured vocalist, Laurell. The music video for “Come and Go” features her and Flight School goofing off while getting ready to write and record more music. The video, when focusing on the vocalist in the shot, seems to make her voice more powerful and electrifying. All around, the song and the music video are both great.

Flight School’s repertoire varies from Red Bull’s Thre3style turntablist competitions, as well as projects and partnerships alongside A-List companies. Spotify, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, and Bentley are part of that list. Their debut single, “Figure It Out” featuring CVBZ broke the record for the highest debut on Canadian Top 40 radio (which was previously held by Jesse Reyez with “Figures”). In doing so, it made Flight School top Shazam charts all over and got them the title of iHeartRadio Future Star.
